David Elliott

"There are loads of good things about the running classes, but probably what stands out is the fact that everyone is valued, everyone is motivated and feels positive about their running and they are extremely enjoyable. The classes suit every ability, they are well structured, varied and challenging and there is plenty of banter! If Ofsted reported on these classes they would get a grade 1: outstanding! I personally feel I have made so much progress with my running and that would never have happened without your guidance and encouragement."

David Elliott, a local teacher.

This class is a great compliment to our Monday Classes and will suit those who can't make the earlier Muster Run or those who aren't yet quite fit enough to run continuously for an hour. The format is a 20 minute warm up and drills/games focus followed by either a 'Muster Run' or a speed development session. Our Muster Run is always the first class of the month.
