We now live stream a number of classes using
Video Conferencing.
Thank you to our class attendees who supported us at the very beginning of lockdown.
Between April and August we donated £1 of each class fee received to our local
North Lakes Foodbank who have been
doing a fantastic job for over 10 years in the Allerdale and Copeland areas of Cumbria.
We raised £1292. Thank you for exercising with us and helping support such a great cause.
Instructions
In order to access these classes, you'll need to do the following:
- Select our What's On?calendar
- Scroll through the calendar to view the classes available
- Register for your class by selecting Live Stream Class Registration. This will take you to the Zoom website
- If you’re new to Zoom, you will need to register with them.
- Follow the sign up link on your device
- If you're on a laptop, it displays at the top of the page
- If you're on a mobile, scroll down the page to find the link.
- The link looks like this:
- Registering for Zoom is a free service. Only 'Hosts' like BodyFit Cumbria need to pay a subscription.
- Once you’ve registered, you’ll be able to subscribe to our classes.
- Once you have a Zoom account, scroll down the class page to select the classes you wish to attend.
- For most classes you will have the option to select multiple sessions of the same class.
- Select the class date(s) you wish to attend
- You may need to use the scroll bar to see all classes in the list
- Complete the form at the bottom of the page and select register. For example:
- The page title will change to Meeting Registration Approved.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to select options to:
- Add the meeting (class) to your calendar
- Access the link to join the meeting (class)
- Access the link to cancel the meeting
- For most classes you will have the option to select multiple sessions of the same class.
